Terms and conditions

Craig Kluckow is Trading as Getafix Cycles and will be referred to as such.

Craig Kluckow T/A Getafic Cycles will not be held responsible for any damaged, fire, theft or loss of/to property/bicycle/s while it is being transported or repaired. Property/bicycle/s are transported and repaired at owner’s risk.  It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all property/bicycle/s are correctly and fully comprehensively insured and that they understand the conditions/limitations of this insurance.
Property/bicycle/s will remain in Craig Kluckow T/A Getafix Cycles possesion at owners risk until paid for in full. Interest will be payable on all accounts not settled within 7 days. Property/bicycle/s not paid for in full within 3 months will be sold to defray costs, should the sale not cover the costs owner will be held responsible for the balance with interest.

A minimum R250 quote fee will be liable should the quote not be accepted by the customer
